The newly built Rit apartments boast spacious rooms and furnishings made of wood and high-quality local materials. The rooms are cozy and bright thanks to large windows, which offer a breathtaking view of the Dolomites of La Valle. The entire house overlooks a large garden at guests' disposal and is located near the old town of La Valle, a place full of charm and history and in the midst of nature and tranquility.

All you can wish for from a vacation in Val Badia

If you want a vacation surrounded by the nature of Alta Badia in an elegant and functional location, the apartments Rit are the perfect solution for you! All apartments are furnished with a lot of local wood that gives warmth and comfort and the rooms are extremely bright and equipped with every comfort. For our guests, on request, we offer a breakfast basket with a choice of fresh bread, milk and fresh eggs from the nearby farm and honey. The large sunny garden welcomes our little guests with a sand corner, a soccer goal, a volleyball net and a table soccer. For our guests there is a barbeque area and deck chairs to enjoy the sun.
Free ski bus service to Alta Badia with stop in front of the apartments.

Prices

Summer and winter season

Prices are intended as a minimum and maximum per person per day.
During the high season the prices apply for full occupancy of the apartment and during the low season based on the number of people occupying the apartment.

During the high season, stays are only made from Saturday to Saturday.
Short stays are possible during the low season.

In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.

All prices include:

VAT, water, heating, electricity, washing machine in every apartment, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of Euro 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Additional services: bread service, milk delivery, eggs from the farm and honey based on availability.

Reservation and confirmation deposit:

The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation. In case of the deposit not being paid until 7 days after the reservation, we might cancel the reservation without notice.

Payment modes:

The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

  • in cash for total amounts of less than 3000.00 Euro by the day before departure
  • by bank transfer
  • by check (in this case we kindly ask to deliver the check by the day after arrival)
  • we do not accept any type of payment cards

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Cancellation policy:

  • more than 3 weeks before arrival, no penalty (the deposit is going to be entirely refunded)
  • starting from 3 weeks before arrival, the deposit is not going to be refunded

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in: from 2 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9:30 a.m.

Travel insurance:

We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

Pets:

Upon prior agreement, we accept pets at the price of 5.00 Euro per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the rooms and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.

No smoking:

Smoking is not allowed in all apartments.

Visitors:

Guests are required to notify the owners of the arrival of any visitors if they are not staying at our apartments.

Location

A place in the sun in the Dolomites of Alta Badia

Located in La Val, in the heart of Alta Badia, the apartments Rit are situated on the sunniest side of the valley and offer an amazing view on the peaks of the Dolomites. The house is located just a few minutes by car from the center of the village of La Val and a stone's throw from the old town center, which is well-known for its church of Santa Barbara. The apartments Rit also offer endless excursions and walks starting directly from the house. Also the ski slopes of Alta Badia, Sellaronda and Plan de Corones are easily reachable in about 15 minutes by car (free ski bus service to Alta Badia with stop in front of the apartments). Close to the apartments there are also two farm holidays, where you can taste typical local dishes and you can also reach them by a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes, surrounded by nature and far away from the traffic.

Winter fun and active summer

The impressive nature of the Dolomites in Alta Badia is the perfect setting for an active vacation in La Val. In winter, in addition to the ski slopes of Alta Badia (part of the Dolomiti Superski area), the cross-country tracks of Armentara invite you to explore a wonderful landscape, while the toboggan run will delight young and old alike. Snowshoe lovers will find several trails to discover the winter beauty of nature. In the center of La Val there is a rental shop for winter sports equipment and bicycles and e-bikes during the summer. During the summer season the forests and peaks of Alta Badia are waiting to be visited on foot or by bike, stopping to taste the typical dishes in huts and restaurants.

    This family-owned company. It overlooks beautiful views of the Dolomites and the old church.
    The apartments are fully equipped with domestic technique and tableware (coffee machine, washing machine, oven, stove, micro oven, kettle ........)
    Everything is very clean and neat and tidy.
    Ecological furniture from of natural pine. Rooms are very bright.
    There are internet wi-fi, but not very fast.
    There is parking and a playground.
    Host Urban and Brigitte very friendly people.
    They will help you with any questions.
    For breakfast, you will be offered hot bread, fresh milk and fresh eggs.
    All ecological products from the family farm.
    The apartments perfectly will approach family people with children and lovers of mountain bikes, mountain walks, mountain skis.
    Near ski area Alta Badia.
    Machine for these apartments is obligatory.
    Rise up to the apartment on foot from the nearest town of La Valle difficult.
    These small flaws are compensated friendly family atmosphere, beautiful views, good ecology.
    We are well to go skiing and rest in a family apartment Rit.
